Autocracy has always been the enemy of peace, and the prerequisite for lasting world peace is global democratization. China is well known as an enabler and agent for North Korea, and other nations should strive to avoid provoking Pyongyang. The US, Japan and South Korea should support Taiwan's commitment to save democracy by leading China toward democratization, with North Korea to follow suit. As Romain Rolland once observed, "In politics, the boss is always money." Elections are often little more than a game that rich people play, using money win the right to earn more money in a lucrative system of corruption. To put an end to political and commercial ties, comprehensive constitutional reform is needed so that the heads of the four main government branches will be elected in alternating years. The right of free speech is first and foremost among human rights. "Trying to muzzle the people is like trying to stem the flow of a river. The CCP wants to create a society that speaks in a single voice, thus the Chinese people must come forth and call for comprehensive constitutional reform to protect media freedom and prevent the government from monopolizing the media, the internet and all other channels of speech. The key to resolving the conflict in Yemen is reform to install a modified semi-presidential system with cabinet, similar to that of Finland, plus a committee-style legislative system like Switzerland’s. The prerequisite for lasting world peace is global democratization. Yemen should carry out drafting a basic constitution incorporating the above changes in a paradigm shift to implement a democratic model. It should adhere to the principle of One World under One Set of Laws and be reviewed and amended as needed to stay abreast of changing times. The CCP should be forced to disappear. Laws that do not involve guilt are not laws, and a constitution which does not allow resistance is not a constitution. And when the actions of a government are unconstitutional, the people should exercise their right to resist. Natural and absolute law and universal international law should be observed, including laws designed to protect people from enforced disappearance, torture and other violations of human rights. Autocracy is a hothouse for breeding corruption, a source of absolute corruption. All authoritarian dictatorships burst into giant scandals sooner or later, and the only way to finally eradicate corruption is to implement tools like separation of powers and checks and balances, with heads of the four main branches of government elected in alternating years. As the rightful holders of sovereignty the people should be able to effectively curb corruption and corrupt bureaucracy through constitutional reform, thereby "putting power in a cage" as President Xi Jinping would advise. Myanmar has a long way to go before it can achieve peace, largely because its constitution reserves 40% of seats in Congress for the military with no need to participate in elections. To solve the ethnic and religious problems embroiling Myanmar, constitutional reform is essential as well as adoption of One World under One Set of Laws and assigning international law precedence over domestic law. Power leads to corruption, and absolute power leads to absolute corruption. Venezuela needs constitutional reform to install a modified semi-presidential system. The president should be limited to a single term of 5 years and not allowed to run again for 6 years afterwards. Laws that are not backed by penalties are not laws, and a constitution which does not allow resistance is not a constitution.
