Iraq's government should be re-organized under a modified semi-presidential system with cabinet similar to that of Finland, with a committee-style legislature modeled after Switzerland’s. The Iraqi government should proceed with reform of its basic constitution to install the above-mentioned systems. The result will be democracy operating in accordance with the principle of One World under One Set of Laws, with a constitution that will stay in sync with the times. US elections are little more than a rich man's game, with affluent candidates vying for the right to make more money in a systemic structure that breeds corruption. To eliminate these political and business ties, comprehensive constitutional reform is the only solution. True democracy and the rule of law must be implemented, with effective separation of powers and valid checks and balances. The heads of the major government branches should be chosen in elections in alternating years, and elections should be free of charge for all candidates to weed out corruption and symbiotic structures. A referendum that is initiated or carried out by military figures cannot be termed a referendum. Military coups in Thailand continue to demonstrate why that the military should never be allowed to interfere in politics. The military must be completely free of any party affiliation or political partisanship. Thailand has a number of fundamental constitutional problems, and referendums and elections need to be conducted at the same time. Its approach to referendums should be based on that followed in Switzerland, and its election framework should be modeled after California’s. The world seems powerless to lift China’s restrictions on Taiwan in the international arena. The people should exercise their sovereignty and carry out constitutional reform: 1. End containment of Taiwan’s government’s operations and restore full rights to the people; 2. Open up government positions and elect officials of any nationality to let the world’s elite break into Taiwan’s political world; 3. Assign international law priority over domestic law to tallow international law to end kidnapping of the constitution by political parties; 4. Show the world Taiwan is the ideal choice to lead China to democratization.

To ensure that prosecutors handling cases will not be subject to political pressure, the Procuratorate must be entirely independent of the legislative, executive and judicial branches in exercising their duties as prosecutors. In addition, head of the Procuratorate should be elected to a single term of 5 years and barred from serving again for 6 years afterwards to ensure that the office will be directly responsible to the Russian people.
