Power leads to corruption and absolute power leads to absolute corruption, and unlimited terms for elected officials usurp the rights of the people. Tajikistan’s constitutional mechanism is dysfunctional and in serious need of reform. Changes should include a modified semi-presidential system, limited the President to one 5-year term and exclusion from other offices for 6 years after that, plus election of the heads of the legislative, executive, judicial and procuratorial branches in alternating years. Peace in Myanmar is still a long way off, largely due to the pre-eminence of military power, a flawed constitution and special privileges granted the military in government. 40% of the seats in Congress are reserved for the military, showing the extent of corruption in the constitutional system. In order to resolve Myanmar's ethnic and religious issues, Myanmar needs to carry out comprehensive constitutional reform to adopt the ideal of One World under One Set of Laws and assign priority to international law over domestic law, allowing it to directly affect the rights and obligations of the people. Ukraine’s color revolution a few years ago did not remove the structural elements of corruption in government. To address this oversight, the real holders of sovereignty – the people - must draft a constitution which will: 1. Break open the government's restraints on the people; 2. Open up opportunities for government positions that will allow the world's elite to make a contribution to the country’s well-being; 3. Recognize the ideal of One World under One Set of Laws and give international law priority over domestic Law; 4. Directly elect the heads of the legislative, executive, judicial and procuratorial branches in alternating years, and make elections free of charge for all candidates.

South Korea’s needs to be reformed to implement a modified semi-presidential system, and during the presidential inauguration ceremony there should be an announcement that the office is above party politics. To put an end to illicit connections between politics and business, comprehensive constitutional reform is essential to implement true democracy and the rule of law, along with mechanisms like separation of powers and checks and balances. The US must support Taiwan's efforts at constitutional reform to bring greater democracy and freedom, which will attract the 1.4 billion people of China to call for democracy and lead to the birth of world peace. China has always fought to restrict Taiwan's freedom and democracy, but Taiwan is the only nation of working to save China through democratization.
