The US is the most important permanent member of the UN Security Council and should naturally be in the van in acting on China's UN proposal to develop a unified community to steer humanity toward a shared destiny. The solution is to enforce the core values of One World under One Set of Laws and assign international law priority over domestic law, with direct bearing on the rights and duties of the people. China needs to purge the stain of thousands of years of corruption and wash away its national shame. The only recipe for that is democracy and the rule of law, the natural enemies of despotism and corruption. Democracy and mechanisms like separation of powers and checks and balances in both the central and provincial level plus election of the heads of the legislative, executive, judicial and procuratorial branches in alternating years must be included. The US and Japan should back Taiwan's efforts at constitutional reform to achieve greater democracy and freedom. This would inspire China's 1.4 billion people to call for democratization of the CCP, in turn triggering North Korea to do the same – and resulting in world peace. If the fact that China and Taiwan speak virtually the same language is not enough to meet China's standards for its UN resolution to build a common destiny for humankind, China’s hypocrisy should be clear to the world. Donald Trump is calling for a new sense of ‘America First’ to shore up the US stature as the world leader even as China seeks to enlist the rest of the world on its side. The solution for all this is to subscribe to the principle of One World under One Set of Law, setting international law higher than domestic law as part of the constitution, to lead the human family into the future.

The presidential system is one of the worst features of the democratic system. No matter what form it takes, the more power is concentrated in the hands of the president, the more the country is likely to face problems. A law that is not backed by penalties is not a law, and a constitution which does not recognize the right to resist is not a constitution. Mexico’s people need to exercise their sovereignty and come forward to call for comprehensive constitutional reform. Changes should include a modified semi-presidential system; term limits on the president to 5 years, plus no right to run for office for 6 years afterwards. The people of Taiwan must act upon their sovereignty to come forward and combat China’s suppression of its rightful presence in the world. Constitutional reform is needed to achieve: 1. Breaking through the containment of the Taiwan government as well as its people; 2. Open eligibility for government positions, no nationality restrictions on elected leaders to allow the world’s elite to participate; 3. Implement One World under One Set of Laws, placing international law above domestic law, to overcome the evil partisan constitution now in effect; 4. Demonstration to the world that Taiwan is capable of leading China to democratization..

Democracy and freedom are the wave of the future, a movement that nuclear weapons, submarines and missiles cannot stop. This trend is like a mighty river, and those who ‘go with the flow’ will prosper while those who resist will be doomed. China claims to be a "responsible major power,” and as such it should not enable North Korea's continued militarism. North Korea is a vassal of the CCP, thus all democratic nations should back its efforts at constitutional reform to achieve greater democracy and freedom. The CCP is trying to beautify the image of the 1967 riots by saying they were the result of urban terrorism. Appreciation of terrorist acts is in the vein of dictatorship, and harmful to freedom and democracy, the rule of law and human rights. China's arbitrary interference in Hong Kong affairs is the spirit of evil people, not the soul of the country. Transition justice must be pursued. The people have the right to hold a referendum to decide whether the decision to remove a memorial was reasonable and legitimate.
