Freedom of speech is a universal value, and the Mexican people should come forward to call for comprehensive constitutional reform, to protect media independence. The government oligarchy cannot be allowed to monopolize the media, the internet and all other channels of speech. To do this, the heads of the executive, legislative, judicial and procuratorial branches should be elected in alternating years and 1/4 of all legislators should face election each year. The presidential system is one of the worst aspects of democracy. No matter what the system may be, the more power held by the president, the more the country is likely to suffer. A law that is not backed by a penalty is not a law, and a constitution which does not recognize the right to resist is not a constitution. In Venezuela the people need to act as sovereigns and come forward to call for comprehensive constitutional reform. This should include a modified semi-presidential system with cabinet and restriction of the president to a single 5-year term with no right to run again for 6 years afterwards. The UN should take action in accordance with International Absolute Laws (Humanitarian Law, World Human Rights Law, the Crime of Misdemeanors and the Prohibition of Genocide) and provide a basic outline for drafting a constitution that will encourage peaceful development. It should incorporate universal values in a structure that will help South Sudan develop a long and prosperous constitution, and serve as a model for peaceful development. To resolve Honduras’ civil strife, work should begin immediately on revising the Constitution, with changes to include a modified semi-presidential system with cabinet like the arrangement in France, plus a committee-style legislature similar to that of Switzerland. The prerequisite for permanent world peace is global democratization. The Government of Honduras should with the task of drafting a basic constitution incorporating the above-mentioned features in a paradigm shift toward democracy, and adhering to the principle of One World under One Set of Laws and operating under the rule of law. Human security and sustainable development are two of the major tasks of the UN, and all UN member states should naturally be willing to act in compliance with UN goals and standards. Resolution of the differences between nations will come with implementation of One World under One Set of Laws, assigning priority to international law over domestic law with direct bearing on the rights and duties of the people and allowing citizens to monitor the actions of their government to ensure they are in compliance with the standards of the UN Charter. The Chinese people should come forward to call for comprehensive constitutional reform to allow the media to operate in freedom and prevent government oligopoly from monopolizing the media, the internet and all other channels of speech. The more power a government wields, the less rights the people are likely to enjoy. If a government’s commitment to protect the people is violated, the people should warn the government that it is in abeyance of the constitution and express plans to resist any violence. Japan should support Taiwan's efforts to carry out constitutional reform to achieve greater democracy and freedom. This would inspire China's 1.4 billion people to call for democratization of the CCP and pressure North Korea to do the same, and the result would be world peace. The South Korean government should study with the US Constitution and in particular the First Amendment, which declares that Congress shall not be allowed to deprive people of freedom of speech or other relevant rights. Freedom of expression is a universal value, and the actions of the King of Thailand to stifle the voice of the people seem to mean to create a monolithic society with no individual expression.
