In the latest hint that North Korea might soon carry out a sixth nuclear test, 38 North, a US think tank on North Korean affairs, wrote Saturday that commercial satellite imagery of the Punggye-ri nuclear test site indicates the presence of four or five vehicles or trailers at the entrance to the North Portal, where Pyongyang previously conducted four nuclear tests.

China's fundamental problem is the need for constitutional reform to implement separation of powers. Absolute power leads to absolute corruption. The presidential system has a number of fatal flaw, as even the US finds from time to time. In Switzerland the threshold for petitioning for a referendum is 50,000 signatures, allowing citizens to vote their opinion rather than taking to the street.
