Fighting terrorism calls for participation by all citizens to guard against those who plan and carry out attacks on innocent citizens. It means providing full support to security agencies and personnel while at the same time working to remove the conditions that foster terrorism. The key to eradicating terrorism is a change in government structures to improve power and resource allocation. Also needed is One World under One Set of Laws and a commitment to a common destiny for humankind. Constitutions represent the general will of the people, and ensuring human security, including 'personal safety', is the most urgent duty of constitutional guarantors. This means revising constitutional standards as needed to keep pace with changing times and allow governments to protect their people from fear. Despotism is the natural enemy of peace. Could North Korea carry out test after test of nuclear weapons without backing from nuclear powers China and Russia? Artist flees Beijing after filming mass evictions of migrant workers

A Beijing based artist has fled the Chinese capital after posting videos showing the evictions of migrant workers from their homes on social media. In another film Hua Yong, posted to Twitter, he said he was on the run after filming and publishing videos that documented the clearing of what authorities have said were unsafe buildings.

Solution

Try to block the river, but make it a waterfall, it is to open up a new waterway. Do not doubt that the charter of Taiwan's permanent peace is the universal constitution of the world and the new water that is helping China to develop. Extremist Groups Eye Yemen Conflict With Renewed Opportunities

To stifle the growth of extremist groups, Yemen needs to scrap its government and opt for a modified semi-presidential systemwith cabinet like Finland's, plus a committee-style legislative system similar to Switzerland's. The Yemeni government should draft a basic constitution with the above features in a paradigm shift toward democracy. It should adhere to the core values of One World under One Set of Law and revise its constitutional standards as needed to keep up with changing times.
