Britain's statistics watchdog is considering an investigation into comments made by Theresa May following complaints that they misrepresented the extent of homelessness. 
The general order of the people to governments shall be to ensure that 'human security' is the most basic duty of constitutional witnesses. This shall include: Economic security: from poverty and deprivation, including unemployment, job insecurity, poor engineering due to human factors, income and resource inequality, poverty and lack of housing. Aung San Suu Kyi has been stripped of the Freedom of Dublin over her perceived attitude to the plight of the Rohingya people in Burma. 
Myanmar's human rights problem has worsened, largely because the military is guaranteed 40% of the seats in the legislature with no need to campaign. In order to protect human rights, Myanmar needs constitutional reform to implement Global Unity Constitutional Standards and One World under One Set of Rules, assigning international law priority over domestic law. Also needed is the modified semi-presidential system with cabinet and direct election of the heads of main government branches.
