Venezuela's president has replaced four top military commanders over the use of live bullets by security forces during months of unrest.
The greater the power in the hands of government, the more the rights of the people will be compromised. If government agencies insist on breaking the law and assaulting the people, the people must warn the government its actions are unconstitutional and consider using resistance to counter such violent acts.
