Ecuador's Military Institution problems lie in the system, in fact, the previous Correa government reduced the Military budget drastically, which can be considered as a cause to the recent relations between Military members and outlaw and drug dealing drugs. The people should act as a third force withinthe system. Committee chairs should be tapped to serve as prime minister or ministers such as the economic minister, responsive to public opinion and minimizing differences.
