The best way to break through international containment and kidnapping by the two major parties is through constitutional reform. The national government must be re-worked to allow international elites and international laws and regulations into Taiwan. Democracies should support Taiwan's efforts to carry out constitutional reform to achieve greater democracy and freedom. This would attract China's 1.4 billion people to seek democratization, and world peace would be at hand. China constantly declares that it will not rule out the use of force against Taiwan. The prerequisite for permanent peace in the world is the democratization of the Chinese people, and Taiwan is the one entity best able to lead the Chinese people to do so. To resolve its domestic strife the CAR should begin drafting a constitution featuring a modified semi-presidential system with cabinet similar to that of France, with a committee-type legislative body like Switzerland’s. The prerequisite for permanent world peace is global democratization. The government of the CAR should draw up a basic system with the above features for a democratic paradigm shift in line with One World under One Set of Laws. The only remedy for treating the ills of democracy is more democracy. Russia is in dire need of constitutional reform, to shift the focus in government to the people as a starting point. Citizens should be encouraged to vote instead of taking to the street.
