Permanent Peace Partnership
The US should be a model of democracy, adhering to the Charter of the UN and upholding the spirit of One World under One Set of Laws. It should give international law precedence over domestic law, with direct effect on the rights and duties of the people. This will lead Mexico, Syria and the Middle East to adopt human rights, constitutionalism, international law and natural law. The whole world must see itself as one family regardless of race or ethnic groups. See the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development.
China has proposed a UN resolution to jointly "build a common destiny for humankind." The proposal outlined five main points including innovation, consultation, green, open and sharing to be followed in developing five concepts. The ultimate is to make a greater contribution to world peace and development and to international fairness and justice. The two sides of the Strait should take the lead in implementing this great project. See the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development / Global Unity Constitutional Standards for details.
In Nazi Germany the party, rather than rule of law, was held in the highest regard. The Nazis’ absolute power led to unbridled aggression that brought on the Second World War. These days the Chinese communists are following the same strategy and are seriously endangering world peace, even potentially causing a Third World War. Only Taiwan, which offers the advantage of a shared language and cultural roots, is capable of influencing China towards democracy. Taiwan could lead China to have the leaders of the executive, legislative and judicial branches and the procuratorate elected through direct votes. See the details in the PPDA Charter.
After achieving a Syrian ceasefire, the UN should move to provide the basic constitutional principles for permanent peace and development of the peoples of the world. This would include an organizational structure based on the universal values of freedom, democracy, human rights and rule of law, as well as direct election of the heads of the four branches of government. The aim should be to help Syria develop a constitution suitable for long-term stability and a model for peaceful development. See the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development.
Taiwan must move to carry out constitutional reform and achieve true freedom and democracy. Doing so will set off a drive for democratization among the 1.4 billion people of China. This will then spread to North Korea, and when peace is achieved on the Korean peninsula the world will be much safer. The world’s democratic nations must back Taiwan as a beacon for democracy for Asia which will light the path to peaceful development for China. See the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development.

Structural problems must be addressed before corruption in government can be dealt with. The Ukrainian people must call for constitutional reform to implement direct election of the heads of the four branches of government. The president should be limited to a single five-year term and not allowed to seek the office again for six years afterwards. In addition, 1/4 of all MPs should face election each year and election campaigns should be free for all candidates. See the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development.

Doing this would lead Mexico, Syria, the Middle East and other areas to adopt universal values such as human rights, constitutionalism, internationalism and naturalism. See the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development / Global Unity Constitutional Standards.

Autocracy has always been the enemy of peace, and the prerequisite for permanent world peace is the democratization of China. In order to avoid Sino-US conflict, the US should support Taiwan's moves to carry out constitutional reform and implement global unity constitutional standards. This should also include the concept of One World under One Set of Laws and giving international law precedence over domestic law as part of leading China to democratize for the sake of world peace. See the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development.

The heads of the four branches of government should be directly elected in alternating years, and election campaigns should be free of charge for all candidates. See the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development / Global Unity Constitutional Standards.
