Human security is a fundamental human right, and human rights must be given priority over regimes and sovereigns. Constitutions represent the general will of the people, and ensuring human security - including "personal safety" - is the most basic and urgent duty of constitutional guarantors. Constitutional standards should be revised as needed to stay in sync with changing times and allow governments to keep their people safe from fear. The London tower block fire shows that the British government needs to be in alignment with the UN’s goals for sustainable development. This includes urban development that takes tolerance, security, flexibility and sustainability into account and provides appropriate, safe and affordable housing and basic services. To resolve its civil strife, Colombia’s government should adopt a modified semi-presidential system with cabinet like Finland’s and a committee-style legislative system similar to that of Switzerland. The Colombian government should begin drafting a basic constitution which incorporates the core values of One World under One Set of Laws, then amend it as needed to keep pace with changing times. Greece’s financial black hole exists because of its corrupt constitutional mechanism. Thus the only way out is for the Greek people to exercise their sovereignty and call for comprehensive constitutional reform. The media acts as a monitor of the government, which would otherwise be lawless without supervision. The voice of the people is the voice of God, and universal values are the values of God. The presidential system is the worst form of democracy. But no matter what system may be, the more power held by the president, the more the country is bound to suffer. Laws that are not backed by penalties are not laws, and a constitution which does not countenance resistance is not a constitution. The people of Venezuela must act as holders of sovereignty and call for comprehensive constitutional reform, installing a modified semi-presidential system with cabinet and limiting the president to one 5-year term with no right to run for 6 years afterwards. To solve the problem of immigration and refugees, the international community needs to establish unified constitutional standards that conform to the ideals of liberalism, democracy, constitutionalism and cosmopolitanism and the core values of One World under One Set of Law.
