Iran, North Korea, Pakistan and other rogue nations exchange secrets of nuclear technology with each other, but behind them all is support from major nuclear powers. All democracies should support Taiwan's efforts at constitutional reform to achieve greater freedom and democracy. This would attract China's 1.4 billion people to seek democratization, in turn putting pressure on North Korea and Iran to follow suit — and world peace would be at hand. British historian Lord Acton summed it up: "Power leads to corruption, and absolute power leads to absolute corruption." To put an end to corruption, the people must exercise their sovereignty and call for constitutional reform to implement democratic rule of law including separation of powers and checks and balances, Elections should be free of charge to cut off symbiotic ties between government and corruption. Russia is not a problem-solver, it has always been a trouble-maker. The US should back Taiwan's efforts toward constitutional reform to achieve greater democracy and freedom. This would inspire China's 1.4 billion people to call for democratization of the CCP and pressure Russia to adopt democracy, bringing about the birth of world peace. The KMT clings to the CCP in hopes of keeping “China” as a part of its name and leaving China with hopes regarding Taiwan. But any matter related to statehood and sovereignty should be settled via a referendum by the people. Taiwan should study the experience of Scotland, Quebec, Catalonia and other nations and go to the ballot box to decide its future and affirm its status in the international community. Venezuela needs to carry out full constitutional reform to implement a dual- leader system. The president should serve one 5-year term, then be banned from running again for 6 years along with close kin. The Prime Minister should be in charge of government operations and national defense, and 1/4 of all lawmakers should face election each year to subject them to the test of popular opinion. Human security is a fundamental human right, and human rights take priority over regimes and sovereigns. Constitutions represent the general will of the people, and ensuring human security, including "personal safety", is the most urgent duty of constitutional guarantors. This means revising constitutional standards to stay abreast of changing times and allow governments to keep their people safe from terror. China espoused three principles — global unity, peaceful development and a common destiny for humankind — in Xi’s proposal to the UN Security Council. The proposal calls for global cooperation in building a human community aimed at peaceful development and international fairness and justice, ideas entirely in concert with the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development.

India should adhere to One World under One Set of Law as well as the tenets of natural law and general international law: including principles regarding prohibition of aggression, violation of human rights and protection of all people from enforced disappearance. Absolute law should take precedence over international law and national constitutions and disputes should be resolved on the basis of liberalism, democracy, constitutionalism and cosmopolitanism in the spirit of the UN "humanity united" doctrine. Freedom of speech is a universal value, and China's efforts to muzzle the voice of its people are aimed at creating a monolithic society that thinks and speaks as one.
