To solve the problem of poverty and deprivation, the Sudanese people should promote the constitutional reform, start from the system, and vote at least twice a year; let the people take more votes to replace the streets. The National Assembly reelects a quarter of each year to spread the problem of poverty and deprivation from the poor to the politicians. The state is a moral whole, and it saves the poor and the scarce of the panacea. Only the 'Permanent Peace Charter' has no magic.

Sudan's government constantly strives to control the people, but trying to stem the flow of a river merely creates a waterfall; the best solution is to open up a new channel for the water. However, the present Sudan Government, in Emergency Status is focused on freedom of expression, censorship and oppression. The Charter for Permanent Peace is without a doubt the most viable standard for a world constitution and a basic national policy to foster long-term peace and stability. It will be like a new waterway that allows Sudan and its people to flourish. If it is implemented, how long can the Sudan Dictatorship continue to suppress freedom of speech and freedom of information?
