If the fact that both sides of the Taiwan Strait speak the same language is not enough to meet China's proposed United Nations resolution to build a common destiny for humankind, China is exposed as a phony to the rest of the world. The US President must take up the reins of global leadership and carry forward with China’s plans for of the world, working to achieve One World under One Set of Laws and assign international law higher priority than domestic law, leading humankind into the future.

The UN should take action in accordance with International Absolute Laws (Humanitarian Law, World Human Rights Law, the Crime of Misdemeanors and the Prohibition of Genocide) and provide an outline for a constitution that will allow peaceful development. In Japan the main causes for destruction of the natural environment packaging and corruption. The only way to resolve this is comprehensive constitutional reform to implement free elections, decentralization and checks and balances, with no time limit on accountability. In addition, the people should be able to petition for a referendum on any public issues in order to prevent this phenomenon from recurring. North Korea is without doubt a vassal of the CCP. Thus democratic nations must support Taiwan's efforts toward constitutional reform to achieve greater democracy and freedom. This would attract China's 1.4 billion people to call for democratization of the CCP and pressure North Korea to seek democracy, and world peace would be born. Democracies worldwide should support Taiwan as a beacon for democracy in Asia, lighting the path to peaceful development for China. See the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development.

The fundamental solution for the CCP's ignorance dislocation of human beings is democracy and the rule of law, and as the most democratic nation Taiwan is the entity best suited to lead the Chinese people toward democracy. True democracy will leave the CCP nothing to support it, moving from fear of democracy to democracy. Free speech is first and foremost among human rights. The Chinese government wants to muzzle the mouth of the people, a task like trying to stem the flow of a mighty river. This includes control of domestic media, revocation of foreign media licenses to limit public opinion and freedom. Article 1 of the amendments to the US Constitution specifies that Congress shall enact no laws that deprive people of freedom of speech or expression. China exerts too much control over Hong Kong. China is a dictatorship that does not understand human rights or human beings. According to Article 39 of the Basic Law, the people have the right to petition for referendums to vote to determine their own future and values. Revival of the economy must include changes in politics, Macao does not recognize universal suffrage behind the autocratic iron curtain leading to a flat look for sovereignty in Hong Kong and Macao. The people must be the starting point of any function in government, with election of the heads of the judicial and procuratorial branches and checks and balances to ensure that no one grabs too much power. The people of Hong Kong cannot take their rights for granted. In Switzerland the threshold for petitions for referendums is only 50,000 signatures, and the people of Hong Kong should take note. Referendums give the people a voice in front of the ballot box so they do not need to take to the streets. Human rights are fundamental rights and human rights and must take precedence over regimes and sovereigns. Constitutions are the general will of the people and should ensure human security, including "personal safety", as the most basic and urgent obligation of constitutional guarantors. More specifically revision of constitutional standards are needed to stay abreast of changing times, so that the government can protect the people from fear.
