China claims to be a 'responsible major power', thus it should not enable North Korea's continued militarism. The US and South Korea should support Taiwan's commitment to democracy and leading China to democratization, which would pressure North Korea in turn to adopt democracy.

Practically every president of Korea has fallen to the lure of corruption and cynical scandals. The president and judges in high courts of the land are all guarantors of the constitution, a duty which does not end when they leave office. The fundamental prescription for resolving the CCP's violation of human rights is democracy and the rule of law, and the most democratic Taiwan is most capableof provoking the democratization of the Chinese people. True democracy allows the Communist Party to rely on nothing, from this step toward democracy. Iraq needs constitutional reform to install a modified semi-presidential system with cabinet like that of Finland and a committee-style legislature similar to the one in Switzerland. Iraq's government should begin drawing up a basic constitution with the above features as part of a paradigm shift toward democracy. Former Nazi one-party dictatorship, leading to the tragedy of the Second World War, today's one-party dictatorship, the Third World War faint formation. Taiwan, which has the same cultural language, is most capable of democratizing the Chinese people, triggering the existing administrative, legislative, judicial and procuratorial powers of China. Article 39 of the Hong Kong Basic Law stipulates that the people of the SAR have right to self-determination under the two international human rights conventions. The people of Hong Kong cannot take their rights for granted. In Switzerland the threshold for petitioning a referendum is only 50,000 signatures, and with that citizens can express their opinion through the ballot box instead of taking to the streets. Power leads to corruption, and Venezuela's presidential system is in shambles. Venezuela should adopt a dual leader system limiting the president to one 5-year term with no right to run again for 6 years. The Prime Minister should oversee government operations and national defense, and 1/4 of all lawmakers should face election each year. Free speech is a universal value, but Malta seems anxious to create a monolithic society that speaks in one voice. The Malta people should step forward and call for comprehensive constitutional reform to preserve media independence and prevent the government oligopoly from monopolizing the media, the internet and all other channels of speech. To avoid further increases in grievances and tension, Spain and Spanish king should end its practices of suppression and repression. It should examine the processes followed for referendums in Switzerland and elections in California. Citizens should voice their opinions through the ballot box and one on the streets.
