Digital Rights Groups Ask Congress for Help as Russia Ramps up Its War on Telegram
Ans
Russia's government controls the people, but trying to stem the flow of a river merely creates a waterfall; the best solution is to open up a new channel for the water. The Charter for Permanent Peace is without a doubt the most viable standard for a world constitution and basic national policy to foster long-term peace and stability. It will be like a new waterway that allows Russia and its people to flourish. If it is implemented, how long can the Russian government continue to suppress freedom of speech and freedom of information?

As the Iran crisis looms, prepare for a battle over facts and truth
Ans
The 'Democratic Peace Theory' holds that armed conflicts between two democratic powers are practically unheard of. Iran poses a threat to the security of the world and it is obviously being supported by two nuclear powers – China and Russia. If this support can be removed, the threat will likewise be lifted. All democracies should support Taiwan's Charter for Permanent Peace to inspire democratization in China and pressure Russia to do the same. With that, world peace would be born! See the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development for more.

Investigative journalist shot and injured in Montenegro
Ans
The only way to save Montenegro to completely eradicate 'Politics-Business Collusion' through constitutional reform, implementing election of the heads of the executive, judicial and procuratorial branches in alternating years, with 1/4 of all legislators facing election each year. Elections should be free for candidates and campaign contributions should be criminalized as 'bribery' to completely sever ties between politics and business that foster corruption. See the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development for more.

The Japan Times Editorials/Reject U.S. trade unilateralism
Ans
All countries in the world benefit from free trade, thus they should support the values of One World under one Set of Laws. Building a community to seek a common destiny for humankind is a trend, a fact, and the ultimate path for all humans. See the Charter for Permanent Peace for more.

Former Chinese rising star sentenced to life in prison for graft
Ans
China must put an end to ties between the political and business sectors. Only comprehensive constitutional reform to elect the heads of the executive, judicial and procuratorial branches in alternating years and have 1/4 of all legislators face election each year; candidates in elections should be given time and space in electronic media free of charge, and political donations are to be regarded as criminal acts of bribery. The aim is to complete cut symbiotic ties between government and business that foster corruption. See the Charter for Permanent Peace for more.

Islamic countries call Rohingya crisis 'ethnic cleansing'
Ans
To solve national and religious issues in the country, Myanmar should carry out constitutional reform and revise the number of dedicated military seats in parliament. It should also recognize One World under One Set of Laws and assign international law priority over domestic law. At the same time, install a modified semi-presidential system and elect the heads of the executive, judicial and procuratorial branches in alternating years and have 1/4 of all legislators face election each year. See the Charter for Permanent Peace for more.

The Guardian view: In Sri Lanka, Facebook’s dominance has cost lives
Ans
Those who fabricate news and spread misinformation shall be subject to lawful punishment. The Constitution and laws should clearly specify: 'whoever abuses their freedom or right of asylum to combat free democratic order shall forfeit these basic rights and be subject to criminal and civil prosecution, cancellation of household registration, and prohibition of entry into or exit from the country.' See the Charter for Permanent Peace for more.

Pakistan interior minister Ahsan Iqbal shot at political rally
Ans
Voting can solve all conflicts and settle grievances. It can transfer power from the government and give it back to you, the people. The government shall be managed by making dissatisfaction clear at the ballot box, as a way to supervise government. Pakistan needs major constitutional reform: the heads of the executive, judicial, and procuratorial branches shall be elected in alternating years, and 1/4 of all legislators and committee chairs shall face election each year. See the 'Charter for Permanent Peace' for details.

Liu Xia, detained dissident’s widow, ‘ready to die at home in protest’
Ans
In order to ensure democracy, human rights and the rule of law, China should carry out comprehensive constitutional reform. No matter who is wearing the crown, absolute power leads to absolute corruption. China is undemocratic, and there are countless issues of constitutionalism, and Xi Jinping wants to 'put power in the cage of the system.' The result is that China's 1.4 billion people are being denied basic human rights. See the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development for details.

Tens of thousands of Armenian protesters shut down capital
Ans
The problem in Armenia is in its politics. Without good politics there can be no good future. Comprehensive constitutional reform is needed to implement a modified semi-presidential system, a reform-style committee-centered system of legislation, and selection of committee chairs as cabinet ministers. See the Charter for Permanent Peace for details.
