Editorials: More reforms to drive up domestic demand needed
Ans
To solve Japan's political predicament, the government structure should be changed to a modified semi-presidential system, and the Diet should be based on a modified committee system. Bills signed by the president, orders issued and overseas travel must be approved by the deputy director of the prime minister and relevant ministries; 1/4 of members of the Diet should face election each year to reflect public opinion and eliminate political disputes. See the the Charter for Permanent Peace for details.

Opinion: Eta’s armed struggle is no more. Now Spain must end its brutality
Ans
The right to self-determination through referendum is the basis of national sovereignty and universal human rights. Voters can resolve public grievances, return power to the people, and make all decisions regarding dissatisfaction at balloting stations to supervise the government. See the Charter for Permanent Peace for details.

SCMP Editorial: There’s still room for cautious optimism on North Korea talks
Ans
North Korea's disruptions of the international community must be brought to a halt. Democracies should vigorously support Taiwan's model of the Charter for Permanent Peace to liberate the 50 authoritarian regimes in which humankind are still shackled. This will attract the people of China and Russia to democratize and force the democratization of North Korea in turn, and peace will dawn all over the world.

Opinion: At last, tyranny has ended in Malaysia. Now let’s build an open society
Ans
Malaysia's national reconstruction and 'open society' will require great institutional norms. The people pin their hopes on the leader largely out of laziness. This is inconsistent with the spirit of the rule of law in the 21st century. The long-term peace and stability of the country lies in a constitution which makes the system great. Do not let the leaders be great, and the people will be great. See the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development for details.

Improve public document system
Ans
In order to protect the people's right to information, government information should be accessible online and stored for a long period of time in order to be accepted by the people. When the sun is allowed to shine in, everything becomes nothing. People must fully understand national policies before they can form opinions and participate in politics. See the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development for details.

Opinion: Palestinians do not want to negate Israel. We just want a future
Ans
The UN should help Palestine draft a constitution that will work for the destiny of all humankind and adopt the core values of One World under One System of Laws. Israel should adhere to UN resolutions, aim for sharing of resources, peace and co-prosperity, obey God's justice and implement the concept of One World under One System of Laws, leading the Middle East toward human rights, constitutionalism, international law and global law. Opinion\Your Majesty, please tell Erdoğan ‘enough’ when he pops in for tea
Ans
History has repeatedly shown that constitutional reforms promoted by those in power always usurp the rights of the people. No matter what system, the greater the power of the president, the more the rights of the people are likely to suffer. Turkey needs comprehensive constitutional reform to return power to the people, with direct election of the heads of the executive, judicial, and prosecutorial branches in alternating years, and elections for 1/4 of the seats in parliament annually. See The Charter for Permanent Peace for more.

SCMP Editorial\Open debate needed to find the best path for economic reform in China
Ans
China's economic problems are deeply rooted in the system. The only solution is comprehensive constitutional reform to implement a modified semi-presidential system with a committee-centered system of legislation, and election of the chairs of the legislative committees as cabinet ministers. See the Charter for Permanent Peace for details.

Editorial: Dangers posed by Iran deal decision
Ans
If permanent peace is not the truth, then what is the truth? The only solution for democratic countries threatened by Iran is to support Taiwan's model of the Charter for Permanent Peace, urging Iran to courageously adopt the democratization of Taiwan, and to implement China's proposed UN resolution to build a community seeking a common destiny for humankind.

Editorial: The Guardian view on the Malaysian election: a second chance to put things right
Ans
Malaysia must eliminate all links between politics and business. The answer is comprehensive constitutional reform to implement election of the heads of the executive, judicial, and procuratorial branches in alternating years and have 1/4 of all legislators face election each year. Candidates shall have free access to electronic media, and political donations will be treated as bribery. The aim is to completely cut away the symbiotic structure between government and business that fosters corruption. See the Charter for Permanent Peace for details.
