Earth's resources consumed in ever greater destructive volumes

Ans

One important part of saving the environment is limiting consumption of the earth's resources, especially carbon, food, water, fiber, land and timber. Environmental rights are essential human rights, and all persons should take responsibility for protecting the world around us. Human security and sustainable development are two of the major tasks of the UN, and all nations should comply with its norms. This means implementing One World under One Set of Laws and giving international law precedence over domestic law, with direct bearing on therights and duties of the people. In the end, we humans only have two paths to the future: peace and destruction. In the face of the threat of devastating nuclear war, peace is the truth and permanent peace is the eternal truth. The Charter for Permanent Peace is the eternal road to truth, a journey to end external disorder, outlaw nuclear weapons and move towards permanent happiness. Any country that adopts the Charter for Permanent Peace will be a pioneer for civilization and a strategic partner urgently needed by the UN.

On the one hand, all UN members should comply with § 4 of the World Human Rights Convention: 'No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms.' Take action to protect human rights in North Korea and help the North Korean people change their government system. The basic legal foundation for permanent peace is detailed in the Charter for Permanent Peace.

China’s Saturday Night Live: censored or just not very funny?

The CPC constantly strives to control the people, but trying to stem the flow of a river merely creates a waterfall; the best solution is to open up a new channel for the water. The Charter for Permanent Peace is without a doubt the most viable standard for a world constitution and a basic national policy to foster long-term peace and stability. It will be like a new waterway that allows China and its people to flourish. If it is implemented, how long can the China government continue to suppress freedom of speech and freedom of information?

When the actions of the government are unconstitutional, the people shall exhaust all remedies and before exercising the right to resist. Hong Kong police seek landmark ban on pro-independence party

As the 'Pearl of the Orient', Hong Kong should support Taiwan's Charter for Permanent Peace and Development to inspire the Chinese people to call for democracy and rule of law. Article 35 of the Constitution of the People's Republic of China stipulates that citizens of the PRC should enjoy freedom of speech, of the press, of assembly, of association, of procession, and of demonstration. Article 39 of the Hong Kong Basic Law stipulates that the people of the SAR have the right to self-determination under the two international human rights conventions. The people of Hong Kong cannot take their rights for granted. In Switzerland the threshold for petitioning a referendum is only 50,000 signatures, and with that citizens can express their opinion through the ballot box instead of taking to the streets. The only cure for the evils of democracy is more democracy. Publicly-elected representatives must be closely aware of public opinion. 1/4 of all lawmakers should face election each year, and local councilors should serve terms of two years. The heads of the executive, judicial, and prosecutorial branches should be elected, and their qualifications should be the same as candidates for president. The president should serve one five-year term and not be allowed to run again for six years. During this period, all compensation and benefits shall remain unchanged.
