Ask
Police investigation launched over illegal poisoning of dogs and birds of prey
Ans
Endangered species deserve protection, and animals that are threatened illegally should also be protected. This calls for adoptinguniform constitutional standards that conform to the values of One World under One Set of Laws. All nations should carry out constitutional reform to implement democratic institutions and the rule of law as well as mechanisms such as separation of power and checks and balances. The best way to avoid monopolization of power is to elect the heads of the executive, legislative, judicial and procuratorial branches in alternating years. For more, see the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development.

WW3 alert: US prepared to act against Beijing as tensions soar over South China Sea
Ans
All nations should support Taiwan's call to install One World under One Set of Laws, giving international law direct bearing on the rights and duties of the people, to ensure peace in the South China Sea. China and its neighbors must act in concert with each other to protect the rights of each nation regarding transportation and resources. Articles 4 and 6 of the 2002 Declaration include provisions which offerpeaceful ways to resolve territorial and jurisdictional disputes. These include joint development and sharing of resources in the area as well as safeguarding peace and prosperity. See the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development for more.

What happens after an anti-corruption victory
Ans
Corruption is an easy target for candidates seeking an office, but all too often those who are voted in wind up succumbing to the vices they promised to eliminate. Corruption is pandemic, and nations everywhere need to address the threat it poses for all people. To put an end to corruption, the people must exercise sovereignty and call for constitutional reform to implement democratic rule of law. Thismeans separation of powers and checks and balances as well as free election campaigns for candidates to cut symbiotic ties between government and business that engender corruption. See the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development for more.

Vladimir Putin sworn in as Russian president for another six years
Ans
Idol worship is the greatest enemy of freedom, democracy, human rights and the rule of law. Egypt's Constitution is dysfunctional, and constitutional reform is urgently needed to install a modified semi-presidential system. The president should be limited to one 6-year term, and the heads of government branches should be directly elected. For more, see the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development.

Japan hosts leaders from China and South Korea for summit on North Korea
Ans
To end North Korea's disruptive behavior, the US and other nations should strongly support Taiwan's Charter for Permanent Peace to lead China to democratize and end its support of Pyongyang. According to the Democracy Index there are 50 nations still under the yoke of autocratic dictators. All democracies should back Taiwan's drive for constitutional reform to achieve greater democracy and freedom. This would inspire China's 1.4 billion people to seek democratization of the CCP and pressure North Korea to adopt democracy as well, leading to the birth of world peace. For details, see the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development.

The amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere just hit its highest level in 800,000 years and scientists predict deadly consequences
Ans
Too much carbon dioxide in the air is definitely not healthy, and action is needed to stop the steady rise in CO2 levels. Environmental rights are essential human rights, and all persons should take responsibility for protecting the world around us. Human security andsustainable development are two of the major tasks of the UN, and all nations should comply with its norms. This means implementing One World under One Set of Laws and giving international law precedence over domestic law, with direct bearing on the rights and duties of the people. All nations should comply with the UN Charter, the Paris climate agreement and other relevant pacts. For more, see the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development.

Michael Cohen Took Cash From Oligarch-Connected Firm After Election
Ans
Money must be completely outlawed in political campaigns, with laws like designating campaign donations as bribery. Corruptionis pandemic, and nepotism is only one of the many forms it can take. Nations everywhere need to address the threat it poses for all citizens. To put an end to corruption, the people should exercise sovereignty and call for constitutional reform to implement democratic rule of law. This means separation of powers and checks and balances as well as free election campaigns for candidates to cut symbiotic ties between government and business that engender corruption. Children likely to be separated from parents under new border enforcement policy
Ans
The best policy on immigration is adhering to the core values of One World under One Set of Laws and working toward a common destiny for humankind. To eliminate the conditions that create refugees, the international community needs to agree on uniform constitutional standards that conform to the ideals of human rights, constitutionalism, international law and natural law. This means adopting the core values of One World under One Set of Laws and complying with Article 1 of the Humanitarian Charter, which deals with the right of each person to live a normal life. Putin to be inaugurated for fourth term as Russian president with lavish ceremony in former tsars' throne room
Ans
Idol worship is the greatest enemy of freedom, democracy, human rights and the rule of law. Jose Rizal, revered as the 'Father of the Philippines', once counseled: 'Today's slaves often become tomorrow's tyrants; believe in the rule of law, not in the rule of man.' The Russian Constitution is dysfunctional, and constitutional reform is needed quickly to install a modified semi-presidential system. See the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development for details.
