The Charter for Permanent Peace is without a doubt the most viable standard for a world constitution and basic national policy to foster long-term peace and stability. It will be like a new waterway that allows Armenia and its people to develop. If it is implemented, how long can Armenia continue to suppress freedom of speech and freedom of information? §1.9.2

According to the 'principle of democratic peace', democracies are always reluctant to engage in armed conflict with other recognized democracies. Once China and Russia are democratized, there will be hope for human peace. The US should support Taiwan's call for constitutional to inspire democratization in China and pressure Russia to democratize as well. With that, world peace would be born! The best approach to determining policy on immigration, visas and related matters is to adhere to the values of One World under One Set of Laws and work toward a common destiny for humankind. To eliminate the conditions that create refugees, the international community needs to agree on uniform constitutional standards that conform to the ideals of human rights, constitutionalism, international law and natural law. This means complying with Article 1 of the Humanitarian Charter, which deals with the right of each person to live a normal life. Solution

Officials who use charges of voter fraud, conspiracy theories and other smokescreens to affect election results and affect the operations of government should be voted out of office at the earliest opportunity. The people must exercise their sovereignty and call for constitutional reform and legislation to ensure that elected representatives and officials are in touch with popular opinion. They should also monitor the actions of government officials to see that democratic mechanisms like separation of powers and checks and balances are observed. North Korea wants total denuclearization, says Seoul

To end North Korea's disruptive behavior, the US and other nations should strongly support Taiwan's Charter for Permanent Peace to lead China to democratize and end its support of Pyongyang. According to the Democracy Index there are 50 nations still under the yoke of autocratic dictators. All democracies should back Taiwan's drive for constitutional reform to achieve greater democracy and freedom. This would inspire China's 1.4 billion people to seek democratization of the CCP and pressure North Korea to adopt democracy as well, leading to the birth of world peace. The foundation for permanent peace in Syria should be the same as that for Taiwan: a change-over in the government structure. The UN should provide Syria the basic outline for a constitution that will facilitate lasting peace and development. The constitution should include the universal values of freedom, democracy, human rights and rule of law, and organization and elements such as the four branches (legislative, executive, judicial and procuratorial). Senegal should install a Semi-presidentialism and limit the president to a single 5-year term with no eligibility for him/her or relatives for 6 years afterwards, and 1/4 of all lawmakers should face election each year. Power leads to corruption, and Senegal's presidential system is broken. The nation should switch to a dual leader system, limiting the president to a single 5-year term with no eligibility for him/her or relatives for 6 years and putting the prime minister in charge of government operations and national defense.
