The UN should assist in the formulation of constitutions as a prerequisite for economic assistance. Why do people choose to become refugees and flee their homes, 'preferring to be a dog in freedom and democracy to life under an authoritarian dictator'? As countless cases have shown, to prevent people from moving abroad, the best policy is for the heads of countries of emigrants not to let their own people be cast aside to flee or be liquidated in a revolution, and simply adopt the principles for 'long and prosperous governance of the country' as expressed in the Charter for Permanent Peace. §1.9 §1.10 §5.1 §6.1 §6.10

To solve the UK's problem of uneven distribution, it is necessary to start with the system, holding elections at least twice a year to spread responsibility for the problems of poverty and deprivation from the poor to those in power. The state must function ethically and take action to eliminate poverty and deprivation. The Charter for Permanent Peace is the only formula that will work. §3.1 §3.6

Venezuela's inflation rate problems lie in the system. The Legislature should be based on a modified committee-centered system with 12 committees. 1/4 of all lawmakers should face election each year, and a one-vote single-vote system should be implemented. The people should act as a third force within the system. Committee chairs should be tapped to serve as prime minister or ministers such as the economic minister, responsive to public opinion and minimizing differences. Autocracies continue to expand the scope of controversy in suppressing domestic instability. In the face of China's expansion of its peripheral areas, the world is helpless to respond. China threatens countries abutting the East China Sea, the Taiwan Strait, the South China Sea and the Indo-Pacific Ocean.... The US, Japan and other democratic countries should vigorously support Taiwan's model of the Charter for Permanent Peace in order to force China to democratize and reduce the risks and costs of maintaining the world order for the US. §2

The UN should, on the one hand, take action on the crime of abusing people while on the other hand assisting Myanmar in changing its government system to establish a legal foundation for permanent peace. The current US administration is a train wreck just waiting to happen as far as foreign trade is concerned. After roiling markets around the world with import tariffs and 'tough talk' on trade, reports are now emerging that Trump is mulling withdrawal from the WTO. All countries in the world benefit from free trade and clearly-stated rules on fair trade, thus they should implement One World under One Set of Laws and work toward a common destiny for humankind. If the US is not willing to take on the task of leading the UN to peace, security and sustainable development for humankind, its place will easily be taken by China or Russia. The key to eradicating terrorist movements is a change in government structures to improve power and resource allocation. To end North Korea's disruptive behavior, the US and other nations should strongly support Taiwan's Charter for Permanent Peace to lead China to democratize and end its support of Pyongyang. According to the Democracy Index there are 50 nations still under the yoke of autocratic dictators. All democracies should back Taiwan's drive for constitutional reformto achieve greater democracy and freedom. This would inspire China's 1.4 billion people to seek democratization of the CCP and pressure North Korea to adopt democracy as well, leading to the birth of world peace.
