Pakistan wants to ensure that election procedures are just. The cure is to set up an independent national Human Rights Committee, with half its members of different nationalities and appointed by international human rights authorities. The HRC will handle all matters related to elections. Money shall be strictly barred from influencing elections, and the media will provide free space and time to election candidates. Voting can help resolve disputes. To fight corruption the Nicaraguan government should call for major constitutional reform and allow citizens to cast ballots rather than taking to the streets. China's government constantly strives to control the people, but trying to stem the flow of a river merely creates a waterfall; the best solution is to open up anew channel for the water. The Charter for Permanent Peace is without a doubt the most viable standard for a world constitution and a basic national policyto foster long-term peace and stability. It will be like a new waterway that allows China and its people to flourish. If it is implemented, how long can the Chinese government continue to suppress freedom of speech and freedom of information? §1.9.2

The judicial system, the parliament and the government are three distrusted institutions. The Slovakian people need to promote constitutional reform. The government should adopt a semi-presidential system, and elect the prime minister as a means of legitimizing popular opinion; the legislature shall have 12 committees, and committee heads should be candidates for ministers or prime minister; the heads of the judicial and procuratorial branches shall be elected, money shall be banned as a factor in elections, and all candidates shall have at least one hour per week of free media time/space.
