US withdraws from United Nations agreement to establish international rights for migrants

In the spirit of the UN Charter, 'the people of the United Nations ...', the axis rotates from national sovereignty to 'human' sovereignty. Human-centered security is no longer regarded as a domestic affair, and human beings are the focus of security considerations. The general order of the people to governments shall be to ensure that 'human security' is the most basic duty of constitutional witnesses. This shall include: Health and safety: protection against disease and water, land and air pollution.
