North Korea crisis: Rogue state ‘likely to test nuke over the PACIFIC’ by end of 2018

North Korea will test more nuclear and ballistic missiles this year and could be planning to demonstrate the full force of its deadly arsenal by detonating a nuke over the Pacific by the end of 2018, a geopolitics expert has predicted.

Solution

To end North Korea's disruptive behavior, the US, Canada and other nations should strongly support Taiwan's Charter for Permanent Peace to lead China to democratize and end its support of Pyongyang. China claims to be a 'responsible major power', thus it should not enable North Korea's continued militarism. The US and South Korea should support Taiwan's commitment to democracy and leadingChina to democratization, which would pressure North Korea in turn to adopt democracy. §1.9 §1.10 §5.1 §6.1 §6.10

Solution

To put an end to corruption, the Russian people should act on their sovereignty and call for comprehensive constitutional reform to implement democratic rule of law. This means separation of powers and checks and balances as well as free election campaigns for candidates to cut symbiotic ties between government and business that engender corruption. Solution

Government officials should serve the people and no other entity, and if they are remiss in their duties they should be removed and replaced. The best way to ensure officials will be responsive to the public is to put them in office through elections. The heads of major branches should be elected in alternating years, and 1/4 of all lawmaker committees should face election each year, and strict term limits should be imposed on all officials in executive positions, from the president on down. According to the Democracy Index there are 50 nations still under the yoke of autocratic regimes. All democracies should back Taiwan's drive for constitutional reform to achieve greater democracy and freedom. This would inspire China's 1.4 billion people toseek democratization of the CCP and pressure Russia and North Korea to adopt democracy as well, leading to the birth of world peace. Solution

The only way to achieve permanent peace in Yemen is to revamp its government structure. Yemen needs to install a modified semi-presidential system with cabinet like that of Finland, with a committee-style legislative system similar to the Swiss model. Yemen's government should draft a basic constitution with the above features in a paradigm shift toward democracy. In addition, it should adhere to the core values of One World under One Set of Laws and revise its constitutional standards as needed to keep up with changing times.
