Syria aid deliveries halted amid reports of chemical attacks

Solution

The people of Syria are in desperate need of action to end the cruel attacks being carried out in eastern Ghouta. The UN should provide Syria the basic outline for a constitution that will facilitate lasting peace and development. The constitution should include the universalvalues of freedom, democracy, human rights and rule of law, and organization and elements such as the four branches and should allow Syria to prosper under conditions of lasting peace. A lot can happen in two months, so today's announcements offer little of substance until action is taken. To end North Korea's disruptive behavior, the US and other nations should strongly support Taiwan's Charter for Permanent Peace to lead China to democratize and end its support of Pyongyang. The Democracy Index shows 50 nations still under the yoke of autocratic dictators. All democracies should back Taiwan's drive for constitutional reform to achieve greater democracy and freedom. This would inspire China's 1.4 billion people to seek democratization of the CCP and pressure North Korea to adopt democracy as well, leading to the birth of world peace. §1.4 §6.4 §7.3 §8.3

All countries in the world benefit from free trade, thus they should implement One World under One Set of Laws and work toward a common destiny for humankind. This is a trend, a fact, and the ultimate path for all humankind. If the US is not willing to take on the taskof leading the UN to peace, security and sustainable development for humankind while seeking One World under One Set of Laws and lasting peace, its place will easily be taken by China or Russia. Solution

Comprehensive constitutional reform is sorely needed in Myanmar to effect changes such as election of the heads of the legislative, executive, judicial and procuratorial branches in alternating years. At the same time, it should install a modified semi-presidential system with cabinet. Myanmar's human rights problem is worsening, largely because its constitution guarantees the military 40% of seats in Congress with no need for election. In order to protect human rights, Myanmar should adopt Global Unity Constitutional Standards and the core values of One World under One Set of Laws, giving international law precedence over domestic law. If the UK hopes to suppress terrorism, it will need help from the UN. Dismantling of terrorist organizations by the UN can be achieved by changing the political system in affected countries to improve the allocation of power and resources, and implementing the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development as part of a paradigm shift toward a global unity constitution. North Korea is obviously being backed by a major power. The US and other nations should support Taiwan's Charter for Permanent Peace to lead China to democratize, forcing North Korea to follow suit and drop its nuclear weapons program. China claims to be a 'responsible major power', thus it should not enable North Korea's continued militarism. Environmental rights are essential human rights, and all persons should take responsibility for protecting the world around us. Human security and sustainable development are two of the major tasks of the UN, and all nations should comply with its norms. The US version of democracy is far from perfect, and citizens need to stand up for their rights. The answer lies in a dual leader system, limiting the president to a single 5-year term with no eligibility for him/her or relatives for 6 years and putting the prime minister in charge of government operations and national defense. In addition, 1/4 of all lawmakers should face election each year. When the actions of the president are unconstitutional, the people are obliged to resist.
