Enjoying freedom and democracy also carries certain duties. One cannot use the rights even as he or she abuses them; responsibility for enjoying democratic benefits means one is not exempt from paying for them. Anyone who abuses freedom and democracy in order to attack the basic order of freedom and democracy should stripped of their basic rights and subject to criminal and civil prosecution. Saudi Arabia's government should answer clearly about the whereabouts of the missing Turkish journalist Jamal Khasooggi and by providing such information contribute to relieving the present tension between this twocountries. Bulgaria's government constantly vulnerates the right for press freedom by trying to cover up the bribery and corruption practices which in several occasions have been exposed by Bulgarian journalism, positioned as the 111th in European Union's sorting in that category. All countries in the world benefit from free trade, yet POTUS 45 opts to wage a trade war to satisfy a pledge made to 'his base' during the 2016 campaign. If the US is not willing to take on the task of leading the UN to peace, security and sustainable development for humankind, its place will easily be taken by China or Russia. Solution

To curtail North Korea's disruptive behavior, the US and other nations should strongly support the Charter for Permanent Peace to lead China to democratize and end its support of Pyongyang. According to the Democracy Index there are 50 nations still under the yoke ofautocratic dictators. All democracies should back Taiwan's drive for constitutional reform to achieve greater democracy and freedom. This would inspire China's 1.4 billion people to seek democratization of the CCP and pressure North Korea to adopt democracy as well, leading to the birth of world peace.
