Right to freedom and the basic human rights are the fundamental and natural rights of every human beings. Any authority that tries to restrain these rights should be resisted and overthrown. Taiwan Charter for permanent peace clearly mentioned that any law which does not carry penalties is not a law, and a constitution that does not countenance resistance is not a constitution. When the actions of the government are unconstitutional, the people shall exhaust all remedies and before exercising the right to resist. In accordance with the UN Charter, ensuring human security is the most basic obligation, including personal liberty and political security. Therefore, to eradicate terrorism, we should help change the political system of the Middle East to improve power and resource allocation. Human Security especially protection of girls and women from the gross implementation of sex trafficking should always be number one priorities over any of national human development program. Sexual trafficking are happening across the world. Countries should implement international law to have a direct effect on the people; and the laws of all nations and thousands of systems should make up part of domestic law, so people can use them as needed, then the basic standard for safeguarding human rights will not lag behind any other country. it is only in the dictatorship and authoritarian government that suppress the right to express and speech. Given that these two right are the foundation of the strong democratic system and fundamental rights of the every citizen, it is pertinent for the international organization assist China in the attraction towards democratization. Given thousand years of close culture, languages and history proximity with China, Taiwan is in the best position to help encourage the Chinese citizen endorse for democratic process. Taiwan's Charter for Permanent Peace is the world's Unity Constitution, and it assists countries and dictatorship government to build a new waterway. When implemented, how long will the CCP will be able to suppress freedom of speech and the people's right to know? §5.3

When individuals, families and states runs well with peace the whole kingdom will be tranquil and happy. If Libya's Haftar focuses on military solution instead of dialogue then,there will be blind spots and vacuums. All democracies should support Taiwan's model of the Charter for Permanent Peace to eliminate blind spots, fill the vacuums, support democratization process and liberate the 50 authoritarian states where people are still in shackles. It is possible to eliminate nuclear weapons without the need for even one soldier. §2

The problem of economic inequality originates from uneven distribution of resources. To solve the problem of uneven distribution, it is necessary to start with the system, holding elections at least twice a year to spread responsibility for the problems of poverty and deprivation from the poor to those in power. The state must function ethically and take action to eliminate poverty and deprivation. The Charter for Permanent Peace is the only formula that will work. §3.1 §3.6
