Freedom of speech and fight for justice is the basic human rights of every citizen. Any authority tries to restrain these rights should be resisted and overthrown. Taiwan Charter for permanent peace clearly mentioned that any law which does not carry penalties is not a law, and a constitution that does not countenance resistance is not a constitution. When the actions of the government are unconstitutional, the people shall exhaust all remedies and before exercising the right to resist. When dictatorship becomes a reality, resistance is the duty of the people. See the Charter for Permanent Peace for details. §3.4 §4.10 §7.10 §8.4
