Permanent Peace Partnership
Political parties shall not be permitted to invest in for-profit businesses, in publishing or in the media. All political party shall publicly declare the sources and use of its funds and properties and shall be subject to periodic or irregular review by an impartial authority.
Human security and sustainable development are two of the major tasks of the UN, and all nations – members or not – should comply with its norms. This entails implementing One World under One Set of Laws and giving international law precedence over domestic law, with direct bearing on the rights and duties of the people. Chile should actively promote transformational justice to put an end to the era of totalitarian tyranny. Human rights violations and persecution should be open to the truth, and files should be opened to find evidence against perpetrators of injustice. In the face of China's all-out efforts to contain and repress Taiwan, the government should vigorously inform the international community thatdemocratization of the Chinese people will bring security and peace to the world and that Taiwan is the one entity best suited to bring about democratization of the Chinese people. It is imperative for the world's democracies to support Taiwan in formulating and applying the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development.
