Artist flees Beijing after filming mass evictions of migrant workers
A Beijing based artist has fled the Chinese capital after posting videos showing the evictions of migrant workers from their homes on social media.  In another film Hua Yong, posted to Twitter, he said he was on the run after filming and publishing videos that documented the clearing of what authorities have said were unsafe buildings.

ISIS jihadis have left Syria and heading back to Europe
Fighting terrorism calls for participation by all citizens to guard against those who plan and carry out attacks on innocent citizens. It means providing full support to security agencies and personnel while at the same time working to remove the conditions that foster terrorism. The key to eradicating terrorism is a change in government structures to improve power and resource allocation. Also needed is One World under One Set of Laws and a commitment to a common destiny for humankind. Constitutions represent the general will of the people, and ensuring human security, including 'personal safety', is the most urgent duty of constitutional guarantors. This means revising constitutional standards as needed to keep pace with changing times and allow governments to protect their people from fear. Regardless of where elections take place, either domestic or foreign, money and any other tangible or intangible resources shall not be allowed to distort or affect fair outcomes of voting. No independently-organized campaign activities shall be permitted, and all media, consortia, organizations and individuals are expressly prohibited to use any form of financial or material resources to directly or indirectly affect fair and just elections. An entire island is banning plastic bags
An island in Denmark is banning the use of plastic bags next year, requiring shoppers to use organic cotton bags instead, it has been reported. The island of Samsø, in the Kattegat Sea off the Jutland Peninsula, is banning the bags following calls from residents, as the bags account for a large proportion of the island’s refuse, The Local reports.
