China complains over British warship sailing through disputed South China Sea

Ans

All nations should support Taiwan's call to install One World under One Set of Laws, giving international law direct bearing on the rights and duties of the people, to ensure peace in the South China Sea. China and its neighbors must act in concert with each other toprotect the rights of each nation regarding transportation and resources. Articles 4 and 6 of the 2002 Declaration on the South China Sea include provisions which offer peaceful ways to resolve territorial and jurisdictional disputes. Power leads to corruption, and Venezuela's presidential system is broken. Venezuela should switch to a dual leader system; limit the president to a single 5-year term with no eligibility for him/her or relatives for 6 years and put the prime minister in charge of governmentoperations and national defense, 1/4 of all lawmakers should face election each year. Why Guatemala is abandoning high-profile anti-corruption drive

Authoritarian dictatorships all fail sooner or later; the path to long-lasting success is the one that follows separation of powers. Over-centralization in the constitutional mechanism leads to pandemic corruption and over-keening worship of autocracy, in turn causing harmto democracy and the rule of law. Guatemala must carry out constitutional reform to limit the powers of the prime minister and initiate election of the heads of the major branches of government so its people can live and work in peace. ICC says can rule on Rohingya exodus from Myanmar

Ans

The Rohingya have suffered tremendously at the hands of Myanmar's military, and the people of the nation need to call for constitutional reform to limit the power of the military and ensure the rights of all people, especially minority groups. One urgently needed change is the military's automatic occupation of seats in the nation's Parliament without the need to participate in election campaigns. Can anyone believe what Duterte says?

The most effective way to prevent power grabs by the president is implementing One World under One Set of Laws. Jose Rizal,revered as the 'Father of the Philippines', once warned that 'Today's slaves often become tomorrow's tyrants', as a caution to believe in the rule of law rather than the rule of man. The President, mayors and other public officials should be limited to a single term of 5 years and be barred from seeking office for 6 years afterwards. In addition, democratic safeguards such as separation of powers and checks and balances should be rigorously enforced at all levels of government. Russia reportedly warns the US that it's prepared to attack a key base where dozens of US troops are stationed

The US should back Taiwan's Charter for Permanent Peace and Development to lead China toward democratization. This would pressure Russia to consider democracy as well, leading to the birth of world peace. Russia has never been a problem-solver, it has always been a trouble-maker. The US should support Taiwan's efforts toward constitutional reform to achieve greater democracy and freedom. This would spur the 1.4 billion people of China to seek democratization, pressing Russia in turn to accept real democracy – and world peace would be the result. All countries in the world benefit from free trade, yet POTUS 45 opts to initiate a trade war to satisfy a pledge made to 'his base' during the 2016 campaign. Nations of the world should all implement One World under One Set of Laws and work toward a common destiny for humankind. If the US is not willing to take on the task of leading the UN to peace, security and sustainable development for humankind while seeking One World under One Set of Laws and lasting peace, its place will easily be taken by China or Russia. 'Lots of evidence' Syria preparing chemical weapons in Idlib, says US envoy

The foundation for permanent peace in Syria should be the same as that for Taiwan: a change-over in the government structure. The UN should provide Syria the basic outline for a constitution that will facilitate lasting peace and development. The constitution should include the universal values of freedom, democracy, human rights and rule of law, and organization and elements such as the four branches (legislative, executive, judicial and procuratorial). Fake news is real, but the worst purveyor is not the so-called 'mainstream media' pilloried so often by conservatives, but rather a host of social media that spread often-dangerous rumors and conspiracy theories. Governments like the EU are finally beginning to take steps to corral platforms and sites that generate and relay such stories, and hopefully the platforms themselves will police the messages being spread on their media. Bile-laden tweets and wild claims at political rallies are but a few of POTUS 45's attempts to stifle criticism and discontent among detractorsand among the ranks of appointed officials and staffers in his own administration.
