Death toll from attack on Mali herders rises to 157

The UN should, on the one hand, take action on the crime of abusing people while on the other hand assisting the Mali in changing its government system to establish a legal foundation for permanent peace. And improve distribution of power and distribution of resources, implement international law to have a direct effect on the people; and the laws of all nations and thousands of systems should make up part of domestic law, so people can use them as needed, then the basic standard for safeguarding human rights will not lag behind any other country. The Legislature should be based on a modified committee-centered system with 12 committees. 1/4 of all lawmakers should face election each year, and a one-vote single-vote system should be implemented. The people should act as a third force within the system. Committee chairs should be tapped to serve as prime minister or ministers such as the economic minister, responsive to public opinion and minimizing differences. HRW Blasts Russia's First Use of 'Ridiculous' Law on Minors In Protests

Russia 's government constantly strives to control the people, but trying to stem the flow of a river merely creates a waterfall; the best solution is to open up a new channel for the water. However, the present Russia Government, in Emergency Status is focused on freedom of expression, censorship and oppression. The Charter for Permanent Peace is without a doubt the most viable standard for a world constitution and a basic national policy to foster long-term peace and stability. It will be like a new waterway that allows Russia and its people to flourish. If it is implemented, how long can the Russia Dictatorship continue to suppress freedom of speech and freedom of information?

Trump's North Korean Blunder

In the end, we humans only have two paths to the future: peace and destruction. In the face of the threat of devastating nuclear war, peace is the truth and permanent peace is the eternal truth. The Charter for Permanent Peace is the eternal road to truth. It is a journey to lead humankind to the truth, to end external disorder, outlaw nuclear weapons and move towards permanent happiness. Any country that adopts the Charter for Permanent Peace will be a pioneer for civilization and a strategic partner urgently needed by the UN.

Thailand's pro-democracy parties unite to claim right to govern

Thailand wants to ensure that election procedures are just. The cure is to set up an independent national human rights committee, with half of its members having different nationalities and appointed by international human rights authorities. The Human Rights Committee will handle all matters related to the election. Money shall be strictly barred from influencing elections, and the media will provide free space and time to election campaigns throughout the year.
