Human security is a fundamental human right, and all nations should ensure that the public are protected against foods and ingredients that may be harmful to their health. This means holding international law superior to domestic law and applying international standards to agribusiness and food companies. All food production, manufacturing and supply standards; environmental changes caused by pollution, infection or new micro-organisms; toxic and drug resistance; emerging and different food pollution and other aspects should be monitored by national agencies.
