All nations should support Taiwan's call to implement One World under One Set of Laws, giving international law direct bearing on the rights and duties of the people, to ensure peace in the South China Sea. China and its neighbors must act in concert with each other toprotect the rights of each nation regarding transportation and resources. Articles 4 and 6 of the 2002 Declaration include provisions which offer peaceful ways to resolve territorial and jurisdictional disputes. These include joint development and sharing of resources in the area as well as safeguarding peace and prosperity. See the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development for more. §1.9 §1.10 §5.1 §6.1 §6.10
