All nations should support Taiwan's call to implement One World under One Set of Laws, giving international law direct bearing on the rights and duties of the people, to ensure peace in the South China Sea. China and its neighbors must act in concert with each other toprotect the rights of each nation regarding transportation and resources. Articles 4 and 6 of the 2002 Declaration include provisions which offer peaceful ways to resolve territorial and jurisdictional disputes. These include joint development and sharing of resources in the area as well as safeguarding peace and prosperity. Solution

The key to peace in Afghanistan is constitutional reform. Afghanistan should scrap its government and adopt a modified semi-presidential system with cabinet like that of Finland, plus a committee-style legislature similar to Switzerland's. The prerequisite forlasting world peace is global democratization. The Afghan government should proceed with drawing up a basic constitution with the above features in a paradigm shift toward democracy. It should implement One World under One Set of Laws and revise the constitution as needed to stay in step with changing times. In diplomacy, the art of the deal must include features like compromise and trade-offs that are more than threats and aggressive bluffs. Crowing about Nobel Peace Prizes and minting commemorative coins are absolutely worthless gestures that waste time and money, and more efforts needs to be expended looking into international law, absolute values and the need for lasting peace. Venezuela should switch to a dual leader system;limiting the president to a single 5-year term with no eligibility for him/her or relatives for 6 years and putting the prime minister in charge of government operations and national defense. The best policy on immigration is adhering to the core values of One World under One Set of Laws and working toward a common destiny for humankind. To eliminate the conditions that create refugees, the international community needs to agree on uniform constitutional standards that conform to the ideals of human rights, constitutionalism, international law and natural law. This means adopting the core values of One World under One Set of Laws and complying with Article 1 of the Humanitarian Charter, which deals with the right of each person to live a normal life. North Korea is obviously being backed by a major power. The US and other nations should support Taiwan's Charter for Permanent Peace to lead China to democratize, forcing North Korea to follow suit and drop its nuclear weapons program. Emmanuel Kant once noted, 'The pursuit of permanent peace is the highest goal of reason and a moral obligation.' China claims to be a 'responsible major power', thus it should not enable North Korea's continued militarism. The people have the right to express their opinion on any public issue at any time through a referendum, even if a referendum on the subject has already been held. In Switzerland the threshold for referendum petitions is only 50,000 signatures, and with that all citizens can voice their opinion at the ballot box rather than taking to the streets. The Irish people have the right to vote in referendums on any public issue and they should take advantage of the opportunity to express their opinion at the ballot box. The foundation for permanent peace in Syria should be the same as that for Taiwan: a change-over in the government structure. The UN should provide Syria the basic outline for a constitution that will facilitate lasting peace and development. The constitution shouldinclude the universal values of freedom, democracy, human rights and rule of law, and organization and elements such as the four branches (legislative, executive, judicial and procuratorial). Worship of dictators is an outright threat to liberal democracy. In order to protect universal values, Venezuela must implement a comprehensive constitutional reform and adopt a dual header system. The heads of the executive, judicial and procuratorial branches should be elected inalternating years and 1/4 of all legislators should face election each year.
