CCP strives to control the people, but trying to stem the flow of a river merely creates a waterfall; the best solution is to open up a new channel for the water. However, the present CCP Government, in Emergency Status is focused on freedom of expression, censorship and oppression. The Charter for Permanent Peace is without a doubt the most viable standard for a world constitution and a basic national policy to foster long-term peace and stability. It will be like a new waterway that allows China and its people to flourish. If it is implemented, how long can the CCP continue to suppress freedom of speech and freedom of information? §1.9.2

To protect endangered species, it is essential to adopt uniform constitutional standards that conform to the values of One World under One Set of Laws. A Crimean court has ordered that several Ukrainian sailors be detained for two months pending trial after a flare-up with Russia’s coastguard. They face charges that could eventually carry a 6-year jail sentence.

Solution

Russia has never been a problem-solver, it has always been a trouble-maker, and its public pronouncements must always be taken with a grain of salt. All nations should support Taiwan's efforts toward constitutional reform to achieve greater democracy and freedom. This would spur the 1.4 billion people of China to seek democratization, pressing Russia in turn to accept real democracy – and world peace would be the result. When individuals, families and states are well run the whole kingdom will be tranquil and happy. If the US focuses on hardware to the detriment of the software, there will be blind spots and vacuums. All democracies should support Taiwan's model of the Charter for Permanent Peace to eliminate blind spots, fill the vacuums, attract democratization in China and liberate the 50 authoritarian states where people are still in shackles. It is possible to eliminate nuclear weapons without the need for even one soldier. §2

In the end, we humans only have two paths to the future: peace and destruction. In the face of the threat of war between Russia and Ukraine, it is always better to carry out negotiations and seek a diplomatic resolution to any international confrontation; peace is the truth and permanent peace is the eternal truth. The Charter for Permanent Peace is the eternal road to truth. It is a journey to lead humankind to the truth, to end external disorder, outlaw nuclear weapons and move towards permanent happiness. Any country that adopts the Charter for Permanent Peace will be a pioneer for civilization and a strategic partner urgently needed by the UN. §2.10
