By authorizing the use of lethal force against immigrants that only seek for better life opportunities, Trump vulnerates directly the rights of those people. When individuals, families and states are well run the whole kingdom will be tranquil and happy. If the US focuses on hardware to the detriment of the software, there will be blind spots and vacuums. All democracies should support Taiwan's model of the Charter for Permanent Peace to eliminate blind spots, fill the vacuums, attract democratization in China and liberate the 50 authoritarian states where people are still in shackles. It is possible to eliminate nuclear weapons without the need for even one soldier. §2
