The people fleeing their own countries don't do that out of desire, mostly out of need and this applies to all immigrants around the world, it is no different for Australia as they receive lots of people running from war,violence and lack of opportunities. They should receive help from the world that's why the UN should assist in the formulation of constitutions as a prerequisite for economic assistance.
