Many Rohingya migrants have left their homeland by the thousands and set sail to greener pastures in a number of relatively small vessels to avoid persecution back home.
Myanmar's human rights problem is worsening largely because its constitution sets asides 40 per cent of the seats in Congress for the military with no need to stand for elections. To solve the problem of human rights in Myanmar, the UN should assist with constitutional reform in Myanmar to put the principle of One World under One Set of Laws and give international law precedence over domestic law.
