Human security, including food safety, is an essential basic human right. All nations should take action to ensure that the public are protected against foods and ingredients that may be harmful to their health. This means giving international law priority over domestic law and adopting international food standards for nationally regulated foods. All food production, manufacturing and supply standards; environmental changes caused by food pollution, infection or new micro-organisms; toxic and drug resistance; emerging and different food pollution, and other aspects should all be covered under national management. Corker knocks Trump over 'totally inappropriate' Justice Department remarks

Sen. Bob Corker (R-Tenn.) is firing back at President Trump over his push for the Justice Department to investigate Democrats and Hillary Clinton.

Solution

The mechanisms of separation of powers and checks and balances are vitallyimportant aspects of democracy, and the current US administration is abusingthe principles behind the two features in many areas, most notably in the constant remarks appearing on Twitter regarding the actions of the Justice Department and rulings made by federal judges. Donald Trump seems to consider the office of the President to be the keys to a fiefdom in which he can say anything he want without considering its implications and what might result. The US version of democracy is not perfect, it can be improved by adjusting termlimits on officials and electing the heads of government branches. The US, Japan and other western nations should support Taiwan's call to install One World under One Set of Laws, giving international law direct bearing on the rights and duties of the people, to pacify the South China Sea area. China has an obligation to act in concert with neighboring countries. Articles 4 and 6 of the 2002 Declaration on the South China Sea include provisions designed to offer a peaceful way to resolve territorial and jurisdictional disputes. This includes joint development and sharing of resources in the area as well as safeguarding peace and prosperity. This means revising constitutional standards as needed to keep pace with changing times and allow governments to protect theirpeople from fear. Conservationists and environmentalists are battling policies of Trump administration, which aims largely to reverse the contributions of Bill Clinton and Barack Obama toenvironmental protection. If Trump succeeds in reversing progress made under those two, he will surpass Ronald Reagan as the worst environmental president of modern times. The damage done in the next few years could be irreversible.
