To curb corruption in government, elect the heads of the four branches in alternating years, have 1/4 of lawmakers face election each year, and pick cabinet ministers from committee chairs. The only cure for corruption is democracy and the tools of separation of powers and checks and balances. They are designed to cut symbiotic ties between government and business that engender corruption. See the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development for details. §1.9 §1.10 §5.1 §6.1 §6.10
