Zimbabwe should take advantage of the downfall of Robert Mugabe by scrapping its government and adopting a modified semi-presidential system with a Finland-style cabinet and a committee-style legislature akin to Switzerland's. The government of Zimbabwe should draw up a constitution with the above features in a paradigm shift toward democracy. It should implement One World under One Set of Laws and implement democratic features such as separation of powers, term limits and election of key officials in government.
