This is a violation of the global trend toward democracy. The Iranian people must expel those who violate the global democratic order if there is no other remedy, based on the right of all people to resist oppression. The law of the country must be given priority over the rule of man. At the same time, international law should take precedence over domestic law. Universal laws should form part of domestic law - the heads of the executive, judicial and procuratorial branches should be elected in alternating years, to form a complete system to govern the country. To resolve South China Sea disputes the US, Japan and Southeast Asian Countries should strongly support Taiwan's Charter for Permanent Peace and Development to lead China to democratize. Next, all countries should adhere to the principle that international law is higher than domestic law to resolve international disputes in the South China Sea.
