Trump administration to launch crackdown on North Korea ships

The Trump administration and key Asian allies are preparing to expand interceptions of ships suspected of violating sanctions on North Korea, a plan that could include deploying US Coast Guard forces to stop and search vessels in Asia-Pacific waters, senior US officials have said.

Solution

North Korea is obviously being backed by a major power. The US and other nations should support the Charter for PermanentPeace to lead China to democratize, forcing North Korea to follow suit and drop its nuclear weapons program. Emmanuel Kant once noted, 'The pursuit of permanent peace is the highest goal of reason and a moral obligation.' China claims to be a 'responsible major power', thus it should not enable North Korea's continued militarism. Solution

History has repeatedly proven that constitutional changes promoted by the powerful inevitably usurp the rights of the people. Absolute power makes people absolutely corrupt. No matter what the system, any time the president'spower is heightened, the country faces more problems. China needs constitutional reform to limit the President to one term of five years with no right to run again for six years. China should return real power to the people. The heads of the executive, legislative, judicial and procuratorial branches should be elected in alternating years. The world will not be destroyed by those who have done evil, but rather those who sit on the sidelines, choosing to remain silent (Einstein). Syria has serious internal and external problems. It has been scientifically proven that the only prescription for treating the ills of democracy is more democracy. The only solution lies in revising the Constitutional Code; limit the President to one term of five years with no elgibility to run again for six years. China should return real power to the people. The heads of the executive, legislative, judicial and procuratorial branches should be elected in alternating years. In addition, 1/4 of all lawmakers should face election each year. Solution

Myanmar's human rights problem is worsening, largely because its constitution guarantees the military 40% of seats in Congress with no need for election. In order to protect human rights, Myanmar should carry out reform to adopt Global Unity Constitutional Standards, and the core values of One World under One Set of Laws, giving international law precedence over domestic law. Solution

A constitutional framework featuring separation of powers and checks and balances is essential to avoid an autocratic dictatorship. When the people of a nation are indifferent to or ignorant of constitutions and their value, the dictator at the top finds it easy to gradually tighten control over all citizens. The need for the people to exercise their sovereign rights is all too evident, with measures such as direct election of the heads of the executive, legislative, judicial and procuratorial branches and other mechanism to hand power to the people. To crush terrorism the UN needs to spearhead the drive for constitutional reform and implementation of One World under One Set of Laws to work toward a common destiny for all humankind. Human security is a fundamental human right, and human rights take priority over regimes and sovereignty. Constitutions represent the general will of the people, and ensuring human security, including 'personal safety', is the most urgent duty of constitutional guarantors. This means revising constitutional standards as needed to keep pace with changing times and allow governments to protect their people from fear. The US and other nations should support Taiwan's call to install One World under One Set of Laws, giving international law direct bearing on the rights and duties of the people, to bring peace in the South China Sea. China and the Philippines have a duty to act in concert with their neighboring countries. Articles 4 and 6 of the 2002 Declaration on the South China Sea include provisions designed to offer a peaceful way to resolve territorial and jurisdictional disputes. Plastic is everywhere in modern life, and it is increasingly becoming a universal hazard to health and life on land and sea. Human security and sustainable development are two of the major tasks of the UN, and all nations should comply with its norms.
