Solution

The move by Baltic states to strengthen ties with the EU makes sense both from the viewpoints of economy and security. Russiahas never been a problem-solver, it has always been a trouble-maker, and its public positions must always be taken with a grain of salt. The US should support Taiwan's efforts toward constitutional reform to achieve greater democracy and freedom. This would spur the 1.4 billion people of China to seek democratization, pressing Russia in turn to accept real democracy – and world peace would be the result. South Sudan: Will the new peace deal last?

Solution

The foundation for permanent peace in South Sudan should be the same as that for Taiwan: a change-over in the government structure. The UN should provide South Sudan the basic outline for a constitution that will facilitate lasting peace and development. The constitution should include the universal values of freedom, democracy, human rights and rule of law, and organization and elements such as the four branches (legislative, executive, judicial and procuratorial). The best policy on immigration is adhering to the core values of One World under One Set of Laws and working toward a common destiny for humankind. To eliminate the conditions that create refugees, the international community needs to agree on uniform constitutional standards that conform to the ideals of human rights, constitutionalism, international law and natural law. This means adopting the core values of One World under One Set of Laws and complying with Article 1 of the Humanitarian Charter, which deals with the right of each person to live a normal life. Environmental rights are essential human rights, and all persons should take responsibility for protecting the world around us. Human security and sustainable development are two of the major tasks of the UN, and all nations should comply with its norms. This means implementing One World under One Set of Laws and giving international law precedence over domestic law, with direct bearing on the rights and duties of the people. All countries in the world benefit from free trade, thus they should implement One World under One Set of Laws and work toward a common destiny for humankind. Thailand's junta constantly strives to control the Thai people, but trying to stem the flow of a river merely creates a waterfall; the best solution is to open up a new channel for the water. The Charter for Permanent Peace is without a doubt the most viable standard for a world constitution and a basic national policy to foster long-term peace and stability. It will be like a new waterway that allows Thailand and its people to flourish. If it is implemented, how long can Thailand's junta continue to suppress freedom of speech and freedom of information? §1.9.2

Turkey needs comprehensive constitutional reform, and the return of power to the people through direct election of the heads of the executive, judicial, and prosecutorial branches in alternating years, and elections for 1/4 of the legislative seats each year.
