Solution

South and Central America's problem originating in the economic inequality and uneven distribution of resources. To solve the problem of uneven distribution, it is necessary to start with the system, holding elections at least twice a year to spread responsibility for the problems of poverty and deprivation from the poor to those in power. Problem

News from Ministry of National Defense of Taiwan - The US Pentagon announced on the 15th that the US State Department has approved an arms plan for the sale of its F16 fighter jet flight training program to Taiwan. The Pentagon's Defense and Security Cooperation Bureau claimed in a statement that the military purchase plan sold by the United States will not change basic military balance principle for Taiwan.

Solution

The US should regard the Charter for Permanent Peace as an additional clause in the Taiwan Relations Act, giving Taiwan a way forward, an eternal way forward that will force China to democratize and reduce the risks and costs to the US of maintaining world order. §2.10

Enjoying freedom and democracy also carries certain duties. One cannot use the rights even as he or she abuses them; responsibility for enjoying democratic benefits means one is not exempt from paying for them. Anyone who abuses freedom and democracy in order to attack the basic order of freedom and democracy should stripped of their basic rights and subject to criminal and civil prosecution. Japan needs a constitution that conforms to the definition of the UN Global Governance Committee at the supranational, national and subnational levels: the president should serve one term of 5 years and be barred from running again for 6 years. Representatives should serve two years, and the speaker's term of office shall be for a period of one session. Registration for elections should be completed six months before election day. All local electronic media shall provide each candidate at least one hour per week free of charge. To limit the effect of money in elections, political contributions shall be considered bribery. Voting can help resolve disputes. To fight corruption the Sudan's people should call for major constitutional reform and allow citizens to cast ballots rather than taking to the streets.
