The president should serve one five-year term and not be allowed to run again for six years. During this period, all compensation and benefits shall remain unchanged. The cure is to set up an independent national human rights committee, with half of its members having different nationalities and appointed by international human rights authorities. The Human Rights Committee will handle all matters related to the election. Money shall be strictly barred from influencing elections, and the media will provide free space and time to election campaigns throughout the year.
