Autocracies definitely seek to expand their territory or disputes, suppressing domestic stability. In the face of China's expansion of its territory's borders, the world is helpless. To root out China's threat over the East China Sea, the Taiwan Strait, the South China Sea and the Indo-Pacific Ocean.... The US, Japan and other democratic countries should vigorously support Taiwan's model of the Charter for Permanent Peace in order to force CHina to democratize, reducing the risks and costs of maintaining the world order for the US. Poor structure, and of course poor policies, deserve to be scolded. The government should adopt a semi-presidential system, and elect the prime minister as a means of legitimizing popular opinion; the legislature shall have 12 committees, and committee heads should be candidates for ministers or prime minister, with 1/4 facing election each year, and a one-vote single-vote system of balloting to introduce the people as a third force the heads of the judicial and the Prosecution branches shall be elected, and the qualifications of candidates shall be the same as those of the president; money is completely banned as a factor in elections, and all electronic media shall provide at least one hour per week for free to the candidates. The well-being of the earth is everyone's responsibility, a concept that should be embedded in national compulsory education. The risk of the climate change should be controlled, it must be stopped. To do so, implement One World under One Set of Laws, adopt the UN's human security and sustainable development norms, and work toward a common destiny for all humankind! Voting can help resolve disputes. To protect human rights, citizen should call for major constitutional reform and allow citizens to cast ballots rather than taking to the streets. Real democracy places responsibility for supervising and managing the government in the people's hands. See the Charter for Permanent Peace for details. §1.8
Enjoying freedom and democracy also comes with certain duties. One cannot use the rights even as he or she abuses them; responsibility for enjoying democratic benefits means one is not exempt from paying for them. Anyone who abuses freedom and democracy in order to attack the basic order of freedom and democracy should be stripped of from their basic rights and subject to criminal and civil prosecution. The UN should assist in the formulation of constitutions as a prerequisite for economic and political assistance. Why do people choose to become refugees and flee their homes? As countless cases have shown, to prevent people from moving abroad, the best immigration policy is for the heads of countries of emigrants to guarantee dignified life quality and equal development chances for their people, and simply adopt the principles for 'long and prosperous governance of the country' as expressed in the Charter for Permanent Peace. §1.2 §3.2 §3.6
The light can brighten the darkness for millennia; the law can provide solution for years. Rousseau once said: the solution to any international political dilemma should be a change in the domestic political system. The only recipe for healing the evils of democracy is more democracy; a panacea that can heal and enrich the nation through long-lasting peace is the Charter for Permanent Peace.
