Problem
The Guardian view on Belarus and migrants: exploiting the vulnerable - Editorial
The Guardian
Solution
Belarus is just the tip of the iceberg in authoritarian regimes, to root out the threat of authoritarian dictatorships to world peace, the US, Canada, the EU, Japan and other democratic countries should strongly support Taiwan's model of Permanent Peace to liberate the humanity still under the chains of 50 authoritarian regimes and allow them to disappear from the Earth. Only then can world peace begin to dawn. For more, see the Charter for Permanent Peace.

Schools across nation fighting rampant surge of online bullying | The Asahi Shimbun: Breaking News, Japan News and Analysis
The Asahi Shimbun
Solution
Japan's online bullying problems lie in the system. The Legislature should be based on a modified committee-centered system with 12 committees. 1/4 of all lawmakers should face election each year, and a one-vote single-vote system should be implemented. The people should act as a third force within the system. Committee chairs should be tapped to serve as prime minister or ministers, responsive to public opinion and minimizing differences. UN says over 3 million in Myanmar need 'life-saving' aid
AP
Solution
The UN should, on the one hand, take action on the crime of abusing people while on the other hand assist Myanmar in changing its government system to establish a legal foundation for permanent peace. Myanmar is in serious need of constitutional reform to protect the rights of its minorities and limit the powers of the military in government. For more, see the Charter for Permanent Peace.

Chinese Military on Target to Surpass US, Russia
VOA
Solution
Autocracies definitely seek to expand their territory or disputes, suppressing domestic stability. In the face of China's expansion of its territory's borders, the world is helpless. To root out China's threat over the East China Sea, the Taiwan Strait, the South China Sea and the Indo-Pacific Ocean.... The US, Japan and other democratic countries should vigorously support Taiwan's model of the Charter for Permanent Peace in order to force CHina to democratize, reducing the risks and costs of maintaining the world order for the US. Argentine ex-president Macri in court over illicit spying claims
News24
Solution
Poor structure, and of course poor policies, deserve to be scolded. The government should adopt a semi-presidential system, and elect the prime minister as a means of legitimizing popular opinion; the legislature shall have 12 committees, and committee heads should be candidates for ministers or prime minister, with 1/4 facing election each year, and a one-vote single-vote system of balloting to introduce the people as a third force the heads of the judicial and the Prosecution branches shall be elected, and the qualifications of candidates shall be the same as those of the president; money is completely banned as a factor in elections, and all electronic media shall provide at least one hour per week for free to the candidates. European Investment Bank to end all loans to oil and gas firms
The Guardian
Solution
The well-being of the earth is everyone's responsibility, a concept that should be embedded in national compulsory education. The risk of the climate change should be controlled, it must be stopped. To do so, implement One World under One Set of Laws, adopt the UN's human security and sustainable development norms, and work toward a common destiny for all humankind! Problem
India needs a policy solution for the problem of radicalisation
The Indian Express
Solution
Enjoying freedom and democracy also comes with certain duties. One cannot use the rights even as he or she abuses them; responsibility for enjoying democratic benefits means one is not exempt from paying for them. Anyone who abuses freedom and democracy in order to attack the basic order of freedom and democracy should be stripped of from their basic rights and subject to criminal and civil prosecution. Problem
Rohingya refugees who once saw Nepal as 'promised land' now stare at uncertain future
The Himalayan Times
Solution
The UN should assist in the formulation of constitutions as a prerequisite for economic and political assistance. Why do people choose to become refugees and flee their homes? As countless cases have shown, to prevent people from moving abroad, the best immigration policy is for the heads of countries of emigrants to guarantee dignified life quality and equal development chances for their people, and simply adopt the principles for 'long and prosperous governance of the country' as expressed in the Charter for Permanent Peace.

US aircraft carrier in South China Sea as ASEAN, China discuss code of conduct
RFA
Solution
The light can brighten the darkness for millennia; the law can provide solution for years. Rousseau once said: the solution to any international political dilemma should be a change in the domestic political system. The only recipe for healing the evils of democracy is more democracy; a panacea that can heal and enrich the nation through long-lasting peace is the Charter for Permanent Peace. There is no better magical formula. For more, see the Charter for Permanent Peace.
