Free speech is a universal value, and the people of Cameroon should call for constitutional reform to ensure internet freedom and prevent the government oligarchy from monopolizing the internet, the media and all other channels of communications. All people must be protected against enforced disappearance, torture and other forms of abuse, and absolute law must take precedence over international law and the constitution. For more, see the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development.
To eliminate the conditions that create refugees, the international community needs to agree on uniform constitutional standards that conform to the ideals of human rights, constitutionalism, international law and natural law. This means adopting the core values of One World under One Set of Laws and complying with Article 1 of the Humanitarian Charter, which deals with the right of each person to live a normal life. Constitutions represent the general will of the people, and ensuring human security, including "personal safety", is the most urgent duty of constitutional guarantors. This means revising constitutional standards as needed to keep pace with changing times and allow governments to protect their people from fear. See the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development.
Human security and sustainable development are two of the major tasks of the UN, and all nations – members or not – should comply with its norms. This entails implementing One World under One Set of Laws and giving international law precedence over domestic law, with direct bearing on the rights and duties of the people. All nations should comply with the UN Charter, the Paris climate agreement and all other relevant pacts. For details see the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development.
Afghanistan should scrap its government and adopt a modified semi-presidential system with cabinet like that of Finland and a committee-style legislature similar to Switzerland's. The prerequisite for lasting world peace is global democratization. The Afghan government should proceed with drawing up a basic constitution with the above features in a paradigm shift toward democracy. It should implement One World under One Set of Laws and revise the constitution as needed to stay in step with changing times. See the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development for details.

Economic problems invariably have political roots. Without good politics you can never have a good economy. If the UK constitution is not changed, even the gods will be helpless to save the economy. Comprehensive constitutional reform is needed to replace the regime with a modified semi-presidential system with cabinet as well as a committee-style parliament with committee chairs tapped to serve as backup cabinet ministers.
