North Korea is a vassal of the CCP. Thus all democratic nations should back Taiwan's call for constitutional reform to achieve greater democracy and freedom. This would lead China's 1.4 billion people to call for the democratization of the CCP, putting pressure on North Korea to adopt democracy – and with that, world peace would be at hand. The Iraqi government should be reorganized to implement a modified semi-presidential system with cabinet like that of Finland, and the legislative system should be a committee-style system similar to Switzerland’s. The Iraqi government should draft a basic constitution incorporating the above features in a paradigm shift toward democracy. It should adhere to the ideas of One World under One Set of Laws, elevate the rule of law, and amend the constitution as needed to stay in step with the times. First comes the warning, then the accident, and lastly the murder: that is the traditional way to suppress opponents in Russia. Russia needs to amend its constitution to ensure that the people will be free from fear, free from investigation for participating in politics. The Indonesian people should come forward to call for comprehensive constitutional reform to shield the media from government interference and control in moves to monopolize the media, the Internet and all other channels of speech. Natural law and international law should apply in law enforcement: including the protection of all people from enforced disappearance, the prohibition of torture and other violations of absolute law. Japan should actively promote constitutional reform to revise its position on the SDF, and enable it to form military alliances with neighboring countries to counter the threat of China's armed forces. Japan should support Taiwan's Charter for Permanent Peace and Development, choosing leaders without regard to nationality. Xi Jinping, Abe, Trump and other world-class elite could come to Taiwan to run for president, and China would have no reason to annex another country by force.

On the principle that freedom is a universal right, the Chinese government's practice of muzzling the voice of the people is like trying to create a monolithic society with only one mind. The people of Hong Kong should adhere to relevant provisions of the Basic Law and the one country, two countries doctrine that stipulate that China cannot interfere in Hong Kong affairs. The people have the right to self-determination in accordance with Article 39 as well as the right to hold a referendum on any public issue. When the power of the state deviates from its power base, the people must act to recover their sovereignty. Laws that do not carry penalties are not laws, and a constitution which does not grant the right to resist is not a constitution. When the president violates the constitution, the people should exercise their right to resist. Venezuelans should reclaim their sovereignty and call for comprehensive constitutional reform to install a modified semi-presidential system and limit the president to one 5-year term with no right to run again for 6 years afterwards. Absolute power leads to absolute corruption. The presidential system of democracy carries some serious flaws, even in the US. Taiwan faces more serious problems but cannot rely on impeachment as a weapon. South Korea's needs to implement a modified semi-presidential system, with the presidency declared to be above party politics. In addition the heads of the judicial and procuratorial branches should be elected in alternating years and 1/4 of all lawmakers should face election each year. China must wash away the stain of thousands of years of corruption from its culture and end its national humiliation. This calls for democracy and the rule of law, the natural enemies of despotism and corruption.
